Elisabeth Hasselbeck engages us in an informative guide to surviving in a “G free,” a.k.a. gluten-free world. While this book is much more of a survival guide and much less of a cookbook, she does pack a lot of powerful information between the covers.

The book is divided into three basic sections that bring the reader from a novice gluten-free observer, then graduating to a full gluten-free diet, and ends with giving excellent tips and reasons for all of us to go gluten free.

As a mother with a newly diagnosed ”˜gluten-free’ child, I found this book helpful and interesting. It empowered me to move our household to a G-free world all the while breaking down the barriers and obstacles that are often associated with such a life-altering diet.

The chapters ”˜out on the town’ and ”˜traveling g free’ gives the reader so many useful tips and ideas that it would be virtually impossible for someone to not find something G free anywhere, anytime.

While the book has only a few recipes author Hasselbeck more than makes up for it with all her G-free knowledge!

Armchair Interviews says: A wonderful guide for any gluten-free novice.
