Do you ever wonder after you’ve read the endorsements on the book jacket and then read the book, if the people who wrote them actually read the same one you did? That was my impression as I waded through this uninspiring, self-published text.

I found it repetitive to the point of frustration. The contents of several earlier chapters contradicted later parts of the book. One example is the first 110 pages he insists a salesman must know their product first, then after page 111 he says you must know people first and product second.

Besides editing and continuity problems, there were other issues I had with this text. The author misquotes Holy Scripture to justify his ideology, which besides being off-putting, made me question what else he had gotten wrong.
He did have a couple of good points such as, to succeed you should have a passion for whatever you’re selling, and the customer is always right.

After reading this self-published book however, this customer/reviewer isn’t buying what the author is selling, nor can I recommend it.

Armchair Interviews says: A prime example of how important professional editing is to a book’s content and accuracy. Not recommended.
