We are the product of life’s choices.
Savannah Leon is a dynamic character who will immediately captivate your mind and possess your heart. Her struggles for success can be found, in varying degrees, in every woman’s life. When you step into her world you become part of it, seeing, hearing and feeling her pains and joys. Savannah’s choices gradually empower her to reach for freedom and stand on her own, but at what price?
From the get-go the reader will find a well-written story that is clear, precise, and a definite page turner. The descriptions are alive with detail that reach the senses and fill your mind. A perfect mix of dialogue, action and suspense will keep you up at all hours. The supporting characters are well developed and enhance the story. The best friends, the demanding mother, the controlling lover and many others influence Savannah’s choices and the direction of her life.
Drastic measures equate to crucial choices and once made, there is no turning back. Savannah faces numerous situations where yesterday’s tears bring tomorrow’s uncertainty. Oft times one moment of anger, desperation, misunderstanding or weakness leaves in its wake unchangeable consequences
Love is powerful and controlling. When it becomes the force by which life is governed, obvious and potential danger signs go unheeded or are quickly dismissed. There are valuable “life lessons’ woven into the pattern of Savannah’s story that can benefit the reader in their own struggle for self-esteem, personal freedom and success.
Savannah’s Choices is the best romance I have read in a long time. There is depth and meaning in this story that goes far beyond the written word. With each passing chapter your imagination is bombarded with possible scenarios and an insatiable desire to discover what comes next. No one who finishes Savannah’s Choices will leave empty-handed.
Armchair Interviews says: This book has some profanity and a little too much “love description,” so consider yourself forewarned.
