Make Spectacular Books is truly Spectacular! Author Sue Astroth provides a detailed list of necessary supplies, from fabric, paper, book closures, embellishments, tools, and adhesives as well as sewing machine information.

The step-by-step preparation is clear and easily understood and is accompanied by helpful photographs. And I love that it doesn't take much reading before I was ready for the actual projects.

One of my favorite projects is the Circle book. I was able to think of oh, so many uses for it. My best thought was to make it for my grandchildren's photographs and a little journaling about each one (soon to be 13). There is something for everyone; coupon book, accordion book, mini books, tag book, paper bag pockets book, a delightful Christmas Memories book, a paper doll book, and so much more.
